Manufactured in the UK to the most exacting standard. All Compression Fittings are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 25 years, when installed in accordance with the instructions on specified tube materials and applications.
The Compression fittings are designed to join copper tubes that are manufactured to BS EN 1057. The Compression fittings create a mechanical joint when tightening the nut, compressing the ring onto the tube.
The Compression fittings are suitable for use on hot and cold water services, heating installations, fuel services and industrial engineering applications. Fittings are suitable in low pressure gas pipework in domestic premises using copper tube manufactured to EN 1057.
NOTE: We recommend the use of an internal support when using R220 (annealed) tube & Chrome Plated tubeá- the manufacturer's advice should always be sought. For Plastic, PEX & PB tube an insert must always be used.
